LDN #201: Cover Design Credit

A graduate of Yale University as well as the School of Visual Arts, Boston-born artist Sarah Sze has been internationally lauded for her collage-like sculptures. Using an eclectic mixture of found objects, Sze's expansive installations present a dichotomous aesthetic, which aims to reflect her deliberate execution of seemingly accidental art. Incorporating everything from tea bags to light bulbs, the individual objects take on new meaning as they blend into a larger ecosystem of chaotic colours and contours.

Sze's current exhibition — featured in this week's Flavorpill LDN — is on display at the Victoria Miro Gallery from Sun 2 - Sat 22 Sep (Tue-Sat: 10am-6pm / 16 Wharf Road, N1, 020.7336.8109 / Tube: Angel, Old Street).
