Carole Evans and Denise O'Brien are students of photography at the University of Westminster. In both their individual and collaborative work, Evans and O'Brien examine the intersection of worlds as well as the intimacy of interaction between people and everyday objects. Evans and O'Brien explore the relationship between the private and the public, renewal and destruction and the subject and the photographer through work that is at once beautiful and stirring.

Evans' and O'Brien's work is currently on view in the group exhibition Encounters, featured in this week's Flavorpill LDN, at the Nolias Gallery from Fri 9 - Tue 13 Feb (daily: 1-6pm / 60 Great Suffolk Street, SE1, 020.7700.1848 / Tube: Southwark).
