ANNE MICHAUX
Anne Michaux is a Berlin-based artist/photographer. Employing a medium she calls "photo-illustration", Michaux builds desktop models combining materials and objects such as toys and cut out photography with wood, plastic, sand, and whatever else she can lay her hands on. She then takes pictures of these creations, before destroying them.
She has exhibited her work in various locations in Berlin and her most recent show was on the island of Ibiza. Her work is also used in magazines. Besides her work with photo-illustration, Anne Michaux collaborates on projects with Dutch artist Dirk Krechting.
