BRIAN RASZSKA
No matter what medium or style Brian Raszska uses — be it painting, collage, drawing, photography, or digital art — he tries to reflect the beauty and complexity of the world around him.
Focusing on natural forms as inspiration, he distills these forms down to their essences: circles, lines, and simple geometric patterns. In nature these figures are repeated endlessly, only to be duplicated time and again in man-made objects. Raszska sees this as the greatest connection between man and nature, and no matter how advanced we become, we will always have it. As societies become increasingly technological, Raszska's art brings the natural into our world, and can be found in the New York Times, National Geographic, the Atlantic Monthly, Washington Post, and other media.
