NYC #363: Cover Design Credit

Artwork by AMERICAN MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY

Peep this, Galileo: a still from the American Museum of Natural History's Cosmic Collisions space show, depicting the violent aftermath of a collision four-and-a-half billion years ago, between a young Earth and a Mars-sized wandering body. Thankfully, the remaining debris circling Earth coalesced into our moon. Take in this show's spectacular visualizations inside the Hayden Planetarium, then show some 8-bit love for Crystal Castles, lose control with Daniel Bell, and get crunk with Le Castle Vania — all under the same spectral roof, for Flavorpill's inaugural One Step Beyond event.

Check out other Flavorpill cover designs this week in CHI, SF, LA, LDN, and MIAMI.
